This is absolutely my favorite lamb dry rub recipe as the lavender pairs perfectly with chops or leg of lamb.

Ingredients

1/4 cup Lavender salt

2 tbsp Ground black pepper

¼ cup Smoked paprika

1 tbsp Dried rosemary

2 tsp Dried thyme

1 tbsp Granulated garlic

2 tsp Lemon zest

Instructions

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
