With a passion for all things barbecue and grilling, top grilling expert Clint Cantwell is Senior Vice President of “Whatever” for AmazingRibs.com and winner of Travel Channel's "American Grilled."

The grill master has also acted as recipe developer and brand ambassador for such high profile companies as Kingsford charcoal, Smithfield, and Certified Angus Beef, Omaha Steaks, Snake River Farms, among various others, and recently served as Head Pitmaster for Sticky Fingers BBQ Ribhouse restaurants. 

Described as a "backyard griller on steroids" and the "mad scientist of grilling," Clint was named one of the "10 Faces of Memphis Barbecue"  by Memphis Magazine and is frequently featured in a variety of media outlets as an outdoor cooking authority.  From his childhood in Texas to several years spent in Kansas City, Wisconsin, New Orleans and New York, Clint's passion for barbecue and grilling runs deep as he travels the country in search of the people, places and tastes that define our shared grilling culture.

He currently resides just outside of Memphis, TN along with his wife, three children and Charcoal the dog, sharing his grilling ideas, experiences, recipes, tips, techniques and more via the site, social media, traditional media, cooking demos, and more.
