FULL MOON BBQ KICKIN' CHEESEBURGER

Ingredients
Two slices of Texas Toast
1/2 pound of hamburger meat
Full Moon BBQ Southern Seasoning, salt and pepper
Full Moon BBQ Pimento Cheese (recipe below)
1 slice of bacon
1-2 slices of bacon
1 piece of leaf lettuce
Instructions
Add a bit of extra butter and toast the outside of two slices of Texas Toast. Prepare half a pound of hamburger meat to your liking. We love our own Southern Seasoning (you can buy for $3.99 here). Also add a few dashes of salt and pepper. Grill your burgers to your liking. Top with Full Moon’s famous pimento cheese (recipe below). Add a slice of bacon (cut in half), a piece of leaf lettuce and one-two slices of tomato.
Voila! Enjoy your own homemade Full Moon BBQ Kickin’ Cheeseburger.
FULL MOON BAR-B-QUE'S PIMENTO CHEESE RECIPE
Ingredients
1 cup sharp cheddar
1 cup extra-sharp cheddar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz jar chopped pimiento peppers, drained
1/2 cup diced Jalapeños
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, mash with a fork, and stir with a rubber spatula until thoroughly mixed.
