Citrus and herb come together in this recipe for a wet rub, or paste, that is wonderful on almost anything from chicken and pork to fish and duck and more!
Orange-Rosemary Wet Rub
Ingredients
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. orange zest
½ tbsp. Kosher salt
½ tsp. cracked black pepper
½ tbsp. smoked paprika
¼ cup olive oil
Instructions
Place dry ingredients in a mortar then smash them together with the pestle. Add the olive oil one tablespoon at a time and continue mixing until a wet paste has formed.
