Named for its primary components -- coffee, chile, and cocoa -- this dry rub is one of my "go tos" for brisket and steaks.
Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup Guajillo chile powder
1/4 cup ground espresso beans
3 tbsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp granulated brown sugar
Instructions
Blend dry ingredients together in a coffee grinder or food processor and store in an airtight container until ready to use.
