This Asian dry rub recipe works so well for any dish that you want to give a little Far East flair.
Ingredients
1 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 whole star anise
2 tsp. black peppercorns
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. dried lemongrass
2 tbs. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Kosher salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a spice grinder and pulse until fine and coarse. Set aside until ready to use.
